The Role Our Full-Time Key Holder is a leadership-support position perfect for someone with retail experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be a go-to leader on the floor, helping open/close the store and drive sales while repping the Oh Polly vibe.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
Lead by example, supporting and motivating the wider team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and on-trend styling advice.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organised, and brand-appropriate.
Support store leadership in hitting sales targets and KPIs.
Skills and Requirements
2+ years of retail experience.
A confident, energetic, and fashion-obsessed individual.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
