## DescriptionPosition Summary:The purpose of the Sales Representative role is to convert inbound application leads into qualified opportunities and closed sales by engaging prospects promptly, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, building strong relationships with potential Shop Owners, addressing objections, and effectively communicating services.The Sales Representative ensures a seamless Shop Owner journey from initial inquiry to final purchase, maintains accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM system, and consistently meets or exceeds conversion and revenue targets while delivering a high-quality Shop Owner experience.Key Responsibilities:* Drive occupancy growth by sourcing, qualifying, and converting prospective Shop Owners.* Promote strong Shop Owner candidates that align with Painted Tree’s brand, standards, and retail mix.* Understand Shop Owner business needs and evaluate fit for specific store locations.* Negotiate pricing, lease terms, and agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.* Collaborate with store-level teams to generate leads and identify local sales opportunities.* Deliver a consistent and effective sales pitch through text, Microsoft Teams, CRM, and in-person communication.* Manage and organize sales leads by categorizing them as hot, cold, or waitlisted based on location availability.* Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity within the CRM system.* Meet or exceed assigned quotas and KPI targets across the designated account universe.* Maximize occupancy and revenue performance within assigned locations.Benefits:* Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* 401(k)* Paid Time Off## QualificationsQualifications & Experience:* 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, leasing, or business development.* Experience with contract negotiation and pricing discussions.* Strong customer onboarding and relationship-management skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Excel.* Experience presenting to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
