Insurance Account Manager
is responsible for providing front-line service to existing clients while also contributing to the agency’s growth through outbound sales calls. This position focuses on mastering foundational insurance knowledge, building client relationships, and supporting the team through continuous training and participation in agency-wide goals. 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property/Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 60 days of hire). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions daily. Strong phone and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
