Hollie Ray, a women’s clothing boutique located near the heart of downtown Franklin, is looking for a reliable and motivatedKey Holderto join our team! We're passionate about empowering women through style and creating an inviting shopping experience—and we’re seeking someone who shares that same energy.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a retail environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and is confident working independently. There is also potential for this role to grow into a leadership opportunity across both Hollie Ray and our neighboring sister store, Elle Park.
What You’ll Do:
As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of the store and be trusted to open and close independently. You'll be expected to: Greet and assist customers throughout their visit—create fitting rooms, offer styling help, and provide a smooth checkout experience Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and builds lasting relationships Use strong product knowledge to guide customers with confidence Stay curious and excited to learn about new arrivals, brands, and fits Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards Manage time responsibly to ensure the store opens and closes on time Handle basic cash responsibilities with accuracy and integrity (register tills, daily deposits, etc.) What We’re Looking For:
A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with customers Someone dependable and self-motivated, who takes initiative A team player with a passion for small business, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences Someone who’s excited about growth and open to learning how to support both Hollie Ray and Elle Park (our sister gift shop next-door).
