Responsibilities
Cleaning Champions
– Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash — making every corner fresh and fabulous.
Organization Pros
– Replace all clean china, glass, and silver in their proper storage spots with care to avoid breakage.
Team Spirits
– Bring a best smile, connect with guests and teammates, and jump into any task with a can‑do, flexible attitude.
Trustworthy Representatives
– Be reliable, demonstrate good character, make smart choices, and represent the team with trustworthiness.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong decision‑making skills; ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
