Luxury Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate
We are currently looking for the right Luxury Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team!
$12.00 to $15.00 per hour . We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.37 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary Luxury Retail Sales Associate delivers a high‑end retail experience while supporting both retail and lending operations. This role engages with customers seeking high‑end merchandise, provides expert product knowledge, and maintains elevated merchandising standards to showcase high‑value inventory.
Associates will work with a wide variety of merchandise, including:
Fine jewelry
Luxury watches
Designer handbags
Collectible items
Other general merchandise as part of the lending and retail process
Responsibilities
Deliver a polished, hospitality‑driven customer experience.
Engage customers with product expertise and personalized recommendations.
Support sales of luxury items including fine jewelry, designer brands, and collectible merchandise.
Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to showcase high‑value inventory.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
Employees may be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building or retrieve products stored in exterior storage buildings or other areas.
Minimum age: 18 years old.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Should be able to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate.
Must have ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate and able to operate Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) systems and common office machines.

Commission Plan Information The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Pawnbrokers have potential to earn 2‑8% commission, based on the gross profit of their personal performance. More details will be provided during interview.
