This is a great fit for someone who comes from construction sales — whether you've sold tile, cabinetry, flooring, or other building materials — and is ready to bring their expertise and industry relationships into a supportive, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage client relationships across residential and commercial projects
Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotes tailored to each project’s needs
Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish
Follow up on leads and proactively generate new business opportunities
Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience within the construction industry — tile, cabinetry, flooring, or building materials background preferred
An established network of industry contacts (builders, contractors, architects, designers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter who can independently manage a pipeline and drive results
Highly organized with solid follow-through
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of sales experience in the construction industry (preferred)
Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
Base pay: $25/hr + commission
