Inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting within the North America region, guiding prospects through the sales funnel and setting up sales-qualified appointments. Accountability for daily activity and call metrics, with quarterly quotas. Sell enterprise software (SaaS) with a customer-focused, proactive approach. Qualify prospects, respond to inbound requests in a timely manner, and conduct qualification calls. Book qualified meetings for the sales team and collaborate on inbound emails and messaging. Target and prioritize prospects within the CRM for re-engagement and use Salesforce to research accounts and identify key contacts. Engage in cold outreach to prospective customers as appropriate. On-site presence: In-office commitment to join the team on-site four days a week at the headquarters. Relocation assistance available for team members moving to Chicago from outside the area. Requirements & Preferred Skills
Experience in demand generation or cold-calling sales in enterprise software, SaaS, or logistics. Competitive nature with a strong desire to learn and win. Direct experience with Salesforce.com and SalesLoft is a plus. Strong pre-call planning, qualification, and objection-handling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, with positive and energetic phone skills and strong listening abilities. Outstanding attention to detail and solid time and project management skills. Experience using AI to enhance demand generation efforts and outreach in enterprise SaaS or logistics is a plus. Diversity & Inclusion
