What You’ll Do: Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Explain financing, warranties, and optional add-ons
Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
