Sales Representative
Overview
Oregon West RV in Creswell is hiring a Sales Representative to sell recreational vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating RV features, and closing sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify needs and budgets
Follow up on leads from web inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and events
Present RV features, floor plans, and options
Prepare quotes and close sales including financing, trade-ins, and warranties
Enter and maintain customer information in CRM systems
Support customers after the sale and encourage referrals
Meet sales goals and work closely with the dealership team
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of vehicle sales experience preferred (RV, auto, marine, or similar)
Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Work Details
Dealership office and outdoor lot
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Commission pay or Oregon minimum wage ($15.05/hour), whichever is greater
