Counter Sales Representative

Phoenix, AZ Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation:
$18–$22 per hour (DOE) + bonus eligibility
About Winston Water Cooler Winston Water Cooler is a trusted plumbing supply distributor serving contractors and trade professionals across the region. Our counter teams are at the center of the branch, helping customers get the materials they need quickly and keeping jobs moving.
We’re looking for a reliable, service‑minded Counter Sales Representative to join our Phoenix branch team.
About the Role The Counter Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers and will‑call orders. This role blends customer service, order entry, and light warehouse support in a fast‑paced supply house environment.
If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a hands‑on environment, this is a great opportunity to build experience in the plumbing supply industry.
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer orders accurately in the system
Pull and stage will‑call orders for customer pickup
Assist contractors and trade customers at the sales counter
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area
Stock shelves and help keep inventory organized
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy
Provide friendly, efficient service to customers
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills (experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus)
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Team‑oriented attitude
Previous plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction supply experience is helpful but not required.
