About the Role As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of the Showroom Energy – which is the driving force behind our team’s success. You’ll be a team player, helping to fuel a culture of positivity, and ensure our members and their clients receive top-tier service.

Your mission: deliver exceptional support, exceptional service, and exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

Elevate the Internal & External Customer Experience

Partner with Account Managers to keep projects on track

Be a go-to resource for members and clients in the showroom

Juggle calls, emails, estimates, and sample checkouts with ease

Process payments, manage orders, and keep calendars running smoothly

Help to Drive Sales Success

Learn the ins and outs of flooring products so you can guide customers confidently

Keep things moving – whether that’s updating records, handling returns, or problem-solving on the fly

Deliver a customer experience that builds loyalty and trust

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of sales or customer service experience (wholesale or flooring industry = big plus!)

Experience making and receiving phone calls

Proven ability to receive, understand and follow directions

Strong communicator with solid business writing skills

Confident with numbers – able to perform basic math

Tech savvy with Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365 a bonus)

Be the go-to pro for members, clients, and vendors

Master our systems and showroom workflow

Grow your knowledge of flooring and customer service expertise

Build strong relationships with a supportive, high-energy team

Maybe even be well on your way to Account Manager!

What’s In It for You

Competitive pay: $20 - $22/hr.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (no nights & no weekends)
