Sales Associate
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience and product knowledge to provide excellent service and support to customers.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, focusing on doors, appliances, and electrical items.
Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to support customer decisions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Stay updated on new product lines, promotions, and industry trends.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer and point‑of‑sale system knowledge.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
