About The Team As a Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑time), you’ll jump in during peak hours – evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions or product launches – to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. You’ll showcase product knowledge, inspire customers, and craft unforgettable shopping moments.

Qualifications & Requirements
Results‑oriented seller with proven sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
Ability to charm and captivate guests at all levels.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Can stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, arrive promptly.
Availability to work 4–12 hours per week depending on business needs.
Ready to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage.
