Bartender/Server - Brickyard Crossing Golf Course

Job Description
Aramark is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role primarily serves guests at our on‑course concession stand while also offering opportunities to work in premium catered spaces during golf outings, tournaments, and private events.
About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, outdoor hospitality environment and wants to gain experience in both casual service and elevated event service.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Provide friendly, efficient service to golfers and guests
Accurately take and fulfill food and beverage orders (including alcohol, if applicable)
Operate POS system and process payments
Maintain a clean, organized concession area and restock as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with setup and breakdown for golf outings and tournaments
Deliver attentive service in premium or private event spaces
Serve buffet or plated meals and support bar service as directed
Uphold high hospitality standards for members, sponsors, and corporate guests
Qualifications
Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
Demonstrates organizational & multi‑tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb
Enjoys working in a fast‑paced fun work environment
Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
