Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Assist with appointment scheduling and office communications. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services Processing customer payments for products or services, including credit card, online, or other payment methods. Verifying payment details and ensuring accuracy before completing transactions. Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
