Position Overview & Description

The Account Representative (AR) role at Complete Legal is designed for a dynamic individual looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve. Reporting directly to our Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, you will receive guidance, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within the company and with our clients.

Experience, Qualifications, Requirements

Client Interaction & Relationship Building : Serve as one of the visible faces of Complete Legal, frequently visiting clients’ offices and courtrooms across the city. Your role will be integral in maintaining strong client relationships and representing our brand at various legal community networking events, conferences, and charity functions.

Account Management & Growth : Partner with the Account Management team to nurture existing accounts and strategically acquire new ones. You will also be responsible for growing your assigned territory and developing a personal book of business.

Project Coordination : Manage project pickups, deliveries, and gather detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and timely completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deadlines, ensuring that every project is delivered with 100% accuracy.

Sales Support & Reporting : Assist in creating and managing project quotes, while also being able to report revenue goals and projections to the Director of Sales. Your ability to understand our services and their impact on client operations will be key to driving sales success.

Event Representation : Attend and represent Complete Legal at various client-related events, including legal networking, conferences, and charity events, to foster relationships and grow our client base.

Physical Demands and other requirement:

Ability to lift and move up to 35-pound document boxes.

Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and clean driving record.

$45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
