We are currently seeking an

IT Support Representative

to serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking IT support via phone and live chat. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional customer service and high first-contact resolution is key.

What You’ll Do: Customer Support

Provide front-line IT support via phone and chat with professionalism and empathy

Troubleshoot issues efficiently while managing customer expectations

Escalate when necessary and maintain a positive customer experience

Technical Troubleshooting

Support enterprise software, hardware, peripherals, and infrastructure

Diagnose, resolve, and recover from hardware/software issues

Install, modify, clean, or repair hardware and software as needed

Utilize diagnostic tools and internal knowledge bases

Documentation & Communication

Accurately document all interactions in the ticketing system

Communicate ticket status and resolutions clearly

Maintain strong written communication and proper chat etiquette

Work closely with team members to drive service excellence

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Follow company policies and professional standards

✅ Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

2–5 years of IT/customer support experience (phone & chat preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Proficiency in Windows-based systems and fundamental computer skills

Flexible to support holidays, weekends, overtime, and shift changes

Location:

South Jordan - UT

Pay rate:

$25/HR
