Job Description: Duties:

The Director of Advanced Engineering leads the company materials and process development strategy across Metal Injection Molding (MIM), Binder Jet additive manufacturing, and advanced powder metallurgy (PM) and CNC-hybrid components.

This role owns the translation of emerging material and manufacturing technologies into qualified, scalable, and commercially viable production solutions serving defense, automotive, aerospace, medical, firearms and industrial markets.

The Director is accountable for building a disciplined, business-aligned technology roadmap that accelerates time‑to‑market, enables margin expansion, and positions the company as a preferred technical partner for complex, high‑reliability components.

Note:

This person must have supervision / management skills and experience with metal injection molding and or powder metals. This IS A MUST!

Titles could be Director, VP, Product Engineering Manager, R&D Manager, Engineering Manager etc. This person must be a US citizen or Green card holder because the produce some military components.

This person will report to the CEO of the company and will supervise five personnel at one location.

Seeking a Director / Manager of Engineering with metal injection molding and powder metallurgy to lead a advanced engineering group in manufacturing a variety of components for a variety of industries.

This will include MIM Process Engineers, Metallurgists and Material Development personnel.
