Description HighTechLending is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across all digital channels. This role owns acquisition strategy, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving measurable growth through paid media, lifecycle marketing, and continuous experimentation. Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the digital acquisition strategy across Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging paid channels

Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert (expert level) in Google Search Ads and Meta Ads, including account structure, bidding strategies, creative testing, and scaling

Lead email marketing strategy across prospecting, nurturing, re‑engagement, and customer lifecycle campaigns

Lead SEO and AEO strategies and executions

Design, implement, and continuously optimize full‑funnel strategies from first click through conversion and downstream performance

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across landing pages, forms, and user journeys

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across ads, landing pages, emails, and funnels

Own UX and funnel optimization efforts, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality

Partner closely with creative, product, compliance, and sales teams to align messaging, offers, and user experience

Translate data into insights by building dashboards, analyzing performance trends, and clearly communicating results and recommendations to leadership

Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across all digital channels

Leverage marketing technology, analytics platforms, and AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and performance while ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards

Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging tools

Requirements Qualifications & Skills

Experience in Financial Services, Mortgage, or Real Estate is a plus

7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role

Expert‑level experience in:

Google Search Ads

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Email Marketing

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

A/B Testing

Funnel Optimization

Deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion rates

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform reporting, and marketing automation platforms

Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders

Comfortable being both a strategic leader and a
