Director of Finance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversees monthly closing, prepares financial statements, and maintains strict internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles).
Develops long‑term financial plans, conducts and analyzes financial data to guide executive decision‑making.
Analyzes revenue streams to reduce losses, monitors capital expenditures, and manages medical cost analysis.
Ensures adherence to federal and state health regulations.
Responsible for supervision of billing and collections staff.
Prepares cost reports for all facilities.
Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS: None required.
