
Senior Account Representative

Responsibilities
Conduct credit investigations and review pertinent documentation.
Make and maintain direct contact with vendors, manufacturers and lessees.
Perform daily computer entry of lease documentation.
Responsible for billing, processing and lease setup.
Type correspondence related to all transactions.
Answer the phone; answer frequent messages and returning calls to vendors and lessees.
Calculate buyouts and upgrades.
Respond to vendors and lessees' questions and concerns.
Process purchase orders to vendors, if needed.
Create and send letters needed for booking.
Prepare lease documents for presentation to lessees; follow-up for executed documents.
Screen customers and vendors against OFAC and other government lists.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good math skills. Ability to compute lease rates and calculate percentages.
Working knowledge of PC/Windows environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs helpful. Able to learn new and customized computer programs.
Required Experience
Two year college degree and a minimum of two years' customer service or related experience.
Four year college degree preferred.
