Roof Inspector – Entry Level Outside Sales
Advosy is expanding our
outside sales and roof inspection team
and we’re looking for driven, people-oriented individuals who want a hands‑on role with real growth in a stable industry.
This position blends
field sales, customer service, and basic roof inspections . No roofing or sales experience is required — we provide full training on storm damage, insurance claims, and how to confidently guide homeowners through the process.

What You’ll Be Doing
Work in the field as an
outside sales / field sales representative
Prospect and generate leads through
direct sales, networking, canvassing, and door‑to‑door (D2D)
outreach
Perform
basic roof inspections : climb a ladder, access the roof, take photos, and document storm damage
Identify wind, hail, and water damage and explain findings to homeowners
Educate homeowners on
insurance policy basics
and the claims process
Set proper expectations and connect homeowners with our licensed adjuster team
Act as a professional
brand ambassador
for Advosy
Manage follow‑ups, appointments, and multiple homeowner projects with leadership support
No construction, hammering, or labor work — this is a
sales, communication, and inspection role
Training & Support
Hands‑on, in‑field roof inspection training
Education on roofing systems, storm damage, and insurance claims
Shadowing experienced roof inspectors and sales associates
Daily team coaching and leadership mentorship
Clear development path into
senior sales, leadership, and management roles
Most successful inspectors started with
no sales or roofing background .
