The HVAC Salesperson will focus on generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable HVAC solutions, providing detailed product information, and preparing quotes or proposals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
Sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, relationship management, and closing sales
Knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales-related software
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while achieving sales goals
