We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
Assist shoppers with product selections, offering detailed information and product demonstrations when appropriate.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit/debit card processing.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through proper merchandising and regular stocking to enhance store appeal.
Monitor inventory levels, replenish shelves, and participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
Answer phone calls professionally, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and elevate issues as necessary.
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise if required.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
