Responsibilities (not limited to):

Promote products, services, and promotions to customers face-to-face

Speak with prospective retail customers

Acquire new business and process sales accounts on-site

Handle and overcome objections as they arise

Review KPIs and campaign growth with management

Manage customers via CRM software

Partner with our retail locations to ensure we're providing the best guest experience

We have been contracted to acquire customers and provide promotional initiatives working in some of the most profitable retailers in the world. We're looking for people with engaging personalities to join our growing team of professionals! We believe in personal and professional growth at the core of our operations.

Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, customer service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.. but we are willing to train all those interested in growing their skills in this field.

Competitive pay consists of hourly, commissions, plus bonuses/incentives based on performance metrics. Average compensation is $52,000-62,000 but compensation is uncapped.
