Sales Associate !
Location: N. Montana Ave in Helena MT
Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Training Wage: $16.50/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!
Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $14.00/hr PLUS uncapped commission!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.
Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
Become an expert in our products and services through a 3-month training.
Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams.
Who You Are:
6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail or customer service experience encouraged.
Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus.
