Our team members cross‑train and work in other areas of the store as needed, providing great advancement opportunities. What We Do We buy and sell the best things kids outgrow, paying cash on the spot. This fast‑paced buying and selling means that every day is different and interesting, keeping us on our toes. We manage inventory by tagging, hanging, and merchandising, and our employees quickly learn how to handle all sides of the business. We interact with customers online and in‑store, often making live videos to showcase new items or upcoming events.

Responsibilities Include
Being friendly, courteous, and energetic every day.
Cashiering while building customer friendships.
Merchandising: with hundreds of items purchased daily your creativity is needed to maintain the selling floor.
Restocking as needed to ensure customers always find new items.
Tagging and sorting clothes, toys, and baby equipment.
Learning Kid‑to‑Kid’s systems and procedures (online and in‑store training provided).
Handling all returns courteously and professionally.
Sharing current promotional events and sales with customers.
Maintaining good housekeeping.
