Moose Roofing is hiring Sales Representatives who provide homeowners with a 5-Star experience.Independent contractorswillbe responsible forinspections and ensuring high-quality service, including inspecting roofs, attics, and performing tasks that require climbing ladders. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the sales process effectively to earn homeowners' business and trust.Strong communicationand organizational skills are essential for managing customer relationships and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections (roofs, attics, etc.) using ladders and document findings with photos and reports.

Follow sales strategies, source clients, generate referrals through calls and door knocking, andmaintaina customer database.

Present company products and services, negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and texts whilemaintainingpositive relationships.

This role is best suited forsales professionals who are comfortable operating independently.

Complete quality checks on service, delivery, and products.

Qualifications

Friendly, approachable personality with a competitive spirit and eagerness to learn.

Strong communicationskills with the ability to negotiate.

Comfortable with climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and being in attics.
