Showroom Sales Consultant (Full-Time) – SPLASH a Division of Nicklas Supply
SPLASH, an employee-owned leader in luxury kitchen, bath, and design products, is seeking a talented Showroom Sales Consultant. This role combines high-end design expertise with consultative sales to deliver exceptional client experiences from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the full sales and design process-from consultation to product selection, pricing, and delivery
Create functional, aesthetically refined kitchen and bath design solutions
Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors
Recommend and source products based on client needs and preferences
Prepare layouts, pricing, and sales documentation accurately
Manage a personal sales pipeline and generate new business through referrals and networking
Maintain product knowledge, design trends, and showroom presentation
Collaborate with team members and support overall showroom operations
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related field
5+ years of kitchen & bath design and/or luxury showroom sales experience
Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Full-time; Saturday and some evening availability required
Fast-paced showroom environment with standing, walking, and light lifting
