Outside Sales Representative – A Quality Facility Services
Location: Detroit, MI | Full‑Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
AQFS is growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to join our Executive Sales Team. This is a salaried position with strong earning potential—perfect for someone who loves winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salaried position with bonuses (avg. $20,000)
Commission potential up to $100,000+ annually when goals are met

5+ years sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, building services, etc.) preferred
Proven track record of closing deals
Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Estimating experience is a plus, but not required
