What Will You Be Doing?
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track and manage customer interactions using our store-specific CRM system. Stay informed about new Toyota products, features, and accessories — and share your knowledge with enthusiasm. Attend manufacturer and in-house training courses to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry. Follow up with sales leads and current customers to maximize opportunities. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships that go beyond the sale. Have fun and bring positive energy to every customer interaction!
Who Are We Looking For?
2+ years of prior automotive sales experience, preferred. Strong communication skills and a powerful desire to succeed. Friendly, outgoing, and polished professionals who thrive in a team environment. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using technology and dealership systems. Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve personal and team goals. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
