Counter / Parts Sales Impact You Make The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.
Responsibilities
Assess customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
Working cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
Properly enter and track sales.
Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills common with 2 years’ experience in the assigned business line.
Plumbing
Waterworks
HVAC
Kitchen & Bath
High school diploma or equivalent.
Development Opportunities
Experience in leadership.
Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, sales, or account management opportunities.
Physical & Mental Requirements Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
Physical Capacities – Lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day, sitting and standing for extended periods. Kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.
Operation of Office Equipment – Includes computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
