Sales Representative

to join their Tampa team. This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term relationships within the construction industry and contribute to the continued growth of a respected regional leader. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of contractors, builders, developers, and project owners within the Tampa region. Identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Provide quotes, pricing, and technical support related to ready-mix concrete and related material offerings. Collaborate closely with dispatch, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Monitor local market activity, competitor behavior, and upcoming construction projects to support strategic sales initiatives. Attend jobsite meetings, industry events, and customer visits to strengthen market presence. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools. Support project planning by understanding mix designs, delivery logistics, and production capabilities. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience in ready-mix concrete, aggregates, building materials, or construction products. Strong relationship-building skills and a reputation for customer service excellence. Ability to read construction plans, understand project timelines, and communicate technical information. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel locally within the Tampa region.
