Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide detailed product information and expert advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Help meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for powersports and related products is a plus

Previous retail or sales experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory
