Summary Results-driven professional who leads the sales activities of their store, performing the following duties personally and/or through their direct reports. Understands the market, customers, competitors, products, and services within the store’s scope and translates that knowledge into strategy and plans to ensure profitable growth. Ensures compliance of store and company policies. The incumbent will work on-site from our Lowell, AR facility.

Core Functions

Assist customers in placing orders, getting quotes, and picking up orders.

Assist customers with product suggestions for the project or problem.

Assist customers with loading of their product.

Stage material for customers each morning to prepare for quick loading.

Responsible for cash handling and facilitating customer payments.

Minimum Required Education & Experience

3 years experience in installation of metal building products.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment and plant environment. This role will routinely utilize standard office equipment to perform the core functions listed in this job description. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies as well as communicate verbally and electronically. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud and in a non-temperature-controlled environment. While performing the core function of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and required to lift to 55 lbs. This position is primarily working around machinery with moving parts, working around moving objects or vehicles. The employee is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach/pull/push/grab with hands and arms, kneel, and crouch, twist and bend. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or crawl. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform core functions.
