Bilingual Sales Representative

AGM TOOLS is an stable and expanding company looking for long term employees. AGM TOOLS starts his first location in Houston 14 years ago. AGM TOOLS already has 12 locations in USA (TEXAS 6 locations as Houston, Dallas, McAllen, Austin, San Antonio, etc. North Caroline we have two locations Charlotte and Raleigh, Florida has two locations South Florida and Orlando, Arkansas and Oklahoma were opened last years. AGM TOOLS sale tools to fabricate countertops with materials as Granite, Marble, Silestone, Quartzite,etc.
Key Responsibilities
Make a route daily Doing sales and to be in contact with people
Visit customers daily with Van of Mercedes from the company
Offer a great customer service
Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact
Cultivate and develop new accounts designated by the company
Meet or exceed all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Seek to better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements and expectations in order to provide best possible solution.
Keep current customers and find new customers.
Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction by effectively managing the order process from initial point of contact to Delivery
Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
Reach monthly sales goals
WE OFFER BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS Skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to schedule changes
Ability to drive around Houston
Ability to organize customers and visits
Ability to manage a computer.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
Ability to walk, run and up down the stairs.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience
Experience in Sales and Customer Service
Must speak Spanish and English fluently
Company Offers Base Salary+Commision
