This position requires open availability including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction: Take and upsell guest requests for Room Service with a warm and engaging approach.
Timely Service: Present guest food and beverage preferences promptly and at the perfect temperature.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by clearing guest floors and landings.
Versatility: Assist in other areas as needed, showcasing your flexibility and team spirit.
Casual Conversation: Engage in friendly conversations with guests, enhancing their overall experience with your unique style and service attributes.
Preparation & Maintenance: Handle general in-room dining preparation, remove serving trays, and ensure a tidy space.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Experience: Previous serving experience is preferred
Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest requests are met with precision and care.
Team Player: Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certifications: TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications are required
