Senior Legal Counsel

A global technology and industrial group is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its North American legal team, based in Michigan. This is a high visibility, business facing role reporting directly to the General Counsel.
The Role
Provide corporate and commercial legal support across US based entities
Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including commercial, supplier, and technology contracts
Advise on day to day business matters, governance, and compliance
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives
Manage external counsel and support cross border legal matters
Candidate Profile
US qualified attorney with 3 to 5 years of corporate and commercial experience
Background in a leading law firm and or in house
Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with business teams
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, international environment
