$25.00 per hour.

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt.

Summary The Group Sales Assistant is based in Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon, and supports the Group Sales Manager Broadway at the Paramount and Broadway in Fresno. This role serves as the primary contact with Group Sales patrons, answering emails and phone calls to fulfill and complete Group Sales orders in support of the Group Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and return phone calls and emails to inquiries for Group information.

Build all customer accounts, create and send invoices.

Maintain communication with customers regarding payment status and deadlines, manage contracts, deposits, and final payments.

Maintain corporate promo code offers including building and maintaining offers within Account Manager, updating offers on a rolling basis, and communicating new offers with promo code clients.

Coordinate ticket delivery options with clients.

Manage group inventory holds and releases in Archtics prior to event on sale.

Assist with updating and database management of client lists.

Proof show builds, price changes and online offers in Archtics.

Track online sales on a weekly basis to prevent potential fraud or broker sales.

Coordinate with Director of Marketing and Group Sales Manager on design and implementation of digital assets, flyers, emails, postcards etc.

Assist with group event planning and attend off‑site events when able.

Brainstorm creative outreach plans to target show‑specific interest groups.

Prospecting and obtaining contact information for new client development.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.

Experience in the theatre, music, and live entertainment business.

Experience in theatrical/entertainment ticketing.

Well versed in creating and managing spreadsheets.

Communication Skills

Communicate effectively with patrons, show representatives, and team members in fast paced and demanding environment via email and over the phone.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, and ticketing platforms.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, partners, or members of the industry.

Ability to write in multiple styles that conform to prescribed style and format.

Ability to effectively present information to varied audiences.

Physical Demands

Lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing.

Work Environment

Available to answer emails or calls during evening hours the week of show engagements.

Assisting other departments as needed.
