
Arborist Sales Representative

Responsible for all areas of sales, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non‑selling tasks including, but not limited to, administration, production, and training. Job Responsibilities:
Lead Management and generation. Cultivate new residential and commercial business. Manage warm leads provided by the Alpine Tree Service (ATS). Assist with daily preparation of trucks and general work processes, starting engines, plywood, board set‑up, etc. Communicate with Crew Leads all aspects of jobs you’ve sold; any special equipment needed, notes, problem areas to ensure quality customer outcomes. End of day touch point with Crew Leads; any issues, any damage, any need to reach out to homeowner. Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees and landscape. Provide customers with on‑site estimates based on their needs and goals for their landscape. Respond to all customer inquiries and solicitations from the ATS office via phone, text, or email even during non “office” hours. Assist Management in the direction of the crew. Set up crew members in the morning. Communicate with customers throughout the selling process. Supervise the Crew’s work on sold projects, ensuring jobs are completed per the signed contract and to the Client’s satisfaction. Follow up with Crew at the end of the day and provide end‑of‑day report to owner. Close loop on any outstanding items from your jobs from the day (ensure wood get picked up, damage reported, etc.). Participate, on an as‑needed basis, in payment collections from your customers. Obtain municipal permits for your jobs as well as Owner’s jobs, within the timeframe dictated by company policy. Contribute to local office marketing efforts by providing ideas, feedback, and consistent oversight. Participate in weekly sales and safety meetings as well as monthly field management meetings. Participate in and assist with community and industry events such as presentations, trade shows, community organizations, etc. Maintain certifications and licensures via on‑going professional education. Ensure proper care and maintenance of company vehicle. Provide snow removal services and management for all aspects of your contracted properties. Referral fee will be paid for snow contracts that are referred to Owner and which contract with Alpine Tree. Other jobs and duties that are related to Sales tasks as assigned by the Management. Requirements:
Must maintain a clean & insurable driver’s license. Must maintain a valid ISA Arborist license. Must participate in continuing professional development through enrollment in courses, conferences, and in‑housing training(s).
