Porter
Job Summary The Porter will greet customers as needed, direct them to the proper person when service advisor is not readily available, and move vehicles as needed.
Essential Duties
Move customer vehicles through the lane to prevent congestion.
Perform alignment quick check for all vehicles over 12,000 miles.
Retrieve customer’s vehicle when the customer arrives for pick‑up.
Drive the company shuttle or customer vehicle to drop customers off or have vehicles repaired.
Keep the lane clean, including use of floor scrubber.
Take vehicles through car wash when necessary.
Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Check in and retrieve loaner vehicles.

Physical Requirements Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and bend when necessary.
Foot Attire Requirements Slip‑resistant shoes (no open‑toe shoes or crocs allowed).
Licensing or Other Special Certifications
Valid driver’s license
