As a Sales Representative, you’ll focus on developing client relationships within your community and offering a full suite of insurance products. Our streamlined operations allow you to maximize your sales efforts without being weighed down by administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

Sell Personal Lines insurance using a consultative, needs-based approach

Educate clients on coverage options, including Auto, Home, and related products

Build and manage a book of business with a focus on client retention and renewals

Consistently meet or exceed goals for quotes, new business, and client retention

Utilize agency systems and resources to efficiently serve clients while minimizing administrative tasks
