Exciting sales role with America’s leading window and door company. Motivated individuals to join Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen and grow careers with our Proximity Marketing Team. Monthly training, hands‑on support. This is not a commission‑only role; we offer paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonuses.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self‑aware.
Qualifications
No experience required.
Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to the office.
