Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone. Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. Provide customer with an accurate quote that includes cost and time of completion for the services approved by the customer. Provide customer with updates throughout the day on the status of their services. Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections. Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred ASE Certification. Obtain one ASE Certification within 6 months of employment. Test fee will be refunded by employer.
Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
