Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an energetic, people-focused professional to join our Newark, DE team as a
Sales Development Representative . In this role, you’ll use your strong customer service mindset and relationship‑building skills to drive client growth and attract new business opportunities. This position blends both inside and outside sales and includes mileage reimbursement.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business through proactive lead generation, outreach, and sales calls
Grow relationships and expand opportunities with existing clients
Manage and update client data in our CRM
Spot opportunities to deliver staffing solutions across Office, Industrial, Technical, and Professional sectors
What You Bring:
Professional presence with strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
2+ years of sales or client development experience (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive independently or on a team
Strong verbal/written communication and strategic time‑management abilities
Comfort engaging companies of all sizes in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
