Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.
Working Hours & Shifts We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. Available shifts include:
Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (weekend availability required)
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (weekend availability required)
Compensation & Training
Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want
Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase

Required Qualities
A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude
A verifiable history of excellent attendance
Weekend availability
Responsibilities
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission.
