Retail Position Summary
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. The goal is to meet and exceed customer needs by selling the visit, building strong relationships, promoting products and services, and establishing clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments. The role also includes precise and efficient transaction procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment. Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.90 per hour Responsibilities
Operate as a motivated sales individual. Build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services. Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Desire to succeed in a retail environment. At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience. Ability to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty. Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints. Valid automobile driver’s license and the ability to drive customer and company vehicles. Benefits
