Role Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time, on-site role involving daily customer interaction to present and sell our lawn care solutions. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting door-to-door sales, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires maintaining accurate records, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the team to continually improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Sales and customer service skills, with experience in field sales or direct customer engagement being a plus Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational abilities to work efficiently and meet targets Basic computer proficiency to maintain accurate documentation and utilize sales tools Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based environment High school diploma or GED is required; experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
