The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving.
Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
Set‑up and teardown of seasonal store fixtures.
Physical Demands
Climbing ladders.
Setting up fixtures.
Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Standing/walking up to 8 hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate $18.21 - $18.46 per hour, dependent upon qualifications.
California Paid Sick Time.
Set‑Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs.
End of Season Premium Pay Program.
All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
Requirements Minimum age 16.
